Spartan MMA is a Mixed Martial Arts club in Shrewsbury with our own purpose built training centre. Classes are held three times a week for those of all abilities.

We are friendly, experienced martial arts instructors in Shrewsbury who have a wide range of students; some are actively competing in MMA, some train for practical self defence and others simply want to improve their fitness.

Spartan's MMA lessons in Shrewsbury take place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8pm

Furthermore, Spartan now offers Box-Fit classes (Ladies Only) and Kids MMA (7-12 yrs and 12-16 yrs).

Training is always friendly and fun with no egos and no politics.
